  1. I've placed an order using the Money Order or Fax ordering method, what should I do now?
    Once you've placed an order and click "Submit Order", an INVOICE will be displayed on the screen. Click "PRINT INVOICE" to print the invoice.

    If you chose FAX as your payment method, you will need to fax a copy of your invoice to (734) 326-4641. Then mail your payment (Check or Money Order) with a copy of your Invoice to the address below:

    If you chose MONEY ORDER as your payment method, simply mail your payment with your invoice to the above address.
  2. I already have an account with you (I have ordered from here before), do I need to enter all of my information in again each time I place an order?
    No. You may log in using the username and password you created before to access your previously saved shipping and billing information. To do this, click on the Your Account link on the left hand side of any page in this site and you will be directed to log in.
  3. I have an account here but I forgot my password!
    At the bottom of any page in this site is a link which reads "Forgot password?". Click on this link and key in the e-mail address from which you created your account before and your password will be e-mailed to you.

  4. When will I know when my order has been shipped?
    You should receive a confirmation e-mail soon after placing your order. This is an indication that your order was accepted for processing. Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a second e-mail indicating that your order is in transit. Please feel free to e-mail us at sandcinc@comcast.net with any questions during this time.
  5. I need to cancel an order that I already placed!
    Please cancel all orders immediately. If factory production has already begun on your project it may be too late to cancel the order. The preferred method of cancellation is by telephone at (800) 993-4654. Please be ready with your order details in case asked.
  6. I want to order by credit card but I'm worried about security.
    At S & C Inc., your privacy and security are our priority. Your order will be processed through our secure SSL connection to ensure that your data cannot be stolen. Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned! Any information you give us will be held with the utmost care and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.
  7. How do I change the quantity of an item in my shopping cart?
    Under each item in your shopping cart there will be a Price which will look something like this:

    Price: $ 825.51 x = $ 825.51

    Simply change the number in the box by clicking it and typing your desired quantity with the keyboard. Once the quantity is correct, you must also click the Update button below so that the price and weight of your order can be updated.
  8. I would like to buy lighter duty wire partitions but do not see them listed anywhere on your site.
    We do carry lighter duty (10 gauge standard duty) wire partitions upon request. Please call, fax, or e-mail us (information available on the Contact Us page) for competitive prices.
  9. What currency are your prices listed in?
    All prices listed on this site are in United States Dollars (USD).
